As the month of September opens and the fall arrives I find myself in contemplation around my vision quest of a year ago. What does Dee need to know about Dee? I have used that ? over the past year and I believe it to be a great gift given to me by my supporter Leah. I am a changing rock and this is a wonderful thing.
I now watch
and listen to my husband Jim as he prepares for his time on the mountain. How is that for him? Loving a person that does not find it easy to speak is at times difficult as I want to pull it out and at other times we sit in such comfortable silence with all the words being said anyway. What a gift to have understanding and acceptance by the partner in your life, but also have that person be the one to dance and have fun with too. I will be with him as he sits his quest as he will be with me in heart
and soul as I drum and sing around his supporting fire in the meadow. May he find that which he seeks...
